Ulf Winroth
As a behavioural scientist, Ulf Winroth has been working with IT issues from a business and user perspective.
He has great experience working with workshop moderation, requirements management, target analyses, evaluations and of course, OPIUS analyses.
Today, his focus is more on development of organisations, processes and operations, often in connection with implementation of new IT systems.
Ulf's working philosophy is to start from a holistic perspective on organisations, business, sites or IT solutions — with the needs of the individual and user in focus.
Ulf is the owner and CEO of Symmetri Konsult AB, a limited company (Ltd.) registered in Sweden.

Sinclair Andersen
Sinclair has been working with developing internet- and other digital services since 1995, specialising in User-Centred System Design. He has worked as a Usability Director, Usability and Accessibility consultant and supported customers with requirement specifications, target group analyses, prototyping, evaluations, and other activities.
During the last couple of years, he has been focusing more on strategical issues where user-centred design and process development meet, combining his background in organisation development with a deep understanding of digital services and solutions.
Sinclair is currently working in Slovakia, where he is responsible for developing markets and opportunities for Symmetri Konsult AB.
